Shipping Policy

We ship domestically within Australia and internationally to New Zealand. We dispatch orders using the Australia Post system and via other couriers from time to time.

Within Australia and to New Zealand we offer standard and express shipping. Shipping is fulfilled within Australia by Australia Post. International orders are picked up by Australia Post and delivered by local partners.

For Express shipping available for select locations. Please check with Australia Post if your address is within the Express Post zone. Order for locations not in the Australia Post Express zone may not be eligible for express post shipping or may incur additional costs. If that is the case we will contact you.

For standard shipping, Australia Post advises that delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days. This may be a little quicker in metro areas and may be delayed in regional and remote areas.

As a guide, you should allow approximately 6 business days for shipping time for international orders (a bit longer for remote regions).

Shipping rates within Australia: We deliver our products via the Australia Post parcel system and occasionally other courier networks. Our national shipping and handling costs are based on total sales value. Purchases below $100 AUD incur a shipping fee of $9.95 AUD. Orders above $100 AUD have free shipping within Australia. Please note that Express shipping attracts an additional $7.50 fee so orders under $100 will cost $17.45 to ship and orders over $100 will cost $7.50 to ship. Order for locations not in the Australia Post Express zone may not be eligible for express post shipping or may incur additional costs. If that is the case we will contact you.

Signature Requirement

For domestic shipping, our default delivery option is “Signature on Delivery”. If you would like your package to be left without a signature please add “Authority to leave” in the checkout comment. Please note that if Australia Post is unable to locate a safe spot to leave the parcel or if no one is there to sign for a package that requires a signature, then Australia Post will leave a card for collection at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for packages left without a signature.

Undeliverable Orders

In the event that your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we will contact you via phone or email to try and rectify the problem. You will be asked to provide a different shipping address if you choose. If the order was undeliverable in the first instance because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you to us, you may be required to pay for parcel return costs and additional shipping costs. If the order is still undeliverable and has been returned to us, we will provide you with a refund minus all shipping and return costs.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrives damaged, we may ask you to provide photos of each damaged item claimed in the order. To make a claim you need to submit a request via email ( within 2 days of receiving your order. If the items are deemed damaged and unfit for use we may either resend a replacement item or issue a refund for the damaged item (the option of refund or replacement will be at our discretion). Unfortunately without such photos, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request for any item.

During the shipping process, Palmini Cans can sometimes get little dents. We take the utmost care when packing our orders through bubble-wrapping the cans and putting fragile stickers on the package. Please note: the product is completely fine to consume and dented cans do not in any way affect the product, we do not refund for dented cans- we can organise replacements but the customer has to cover all shipping costs.

Incorrect or short items

In the event we have accidentally sent you an incorrect item or if there is a missing item(s) you will need to submit a request via email ( within 2 days of receiving your order. For incorrect items, we may, at our absolute discretion, require you to return the items (at our cost) and we will exchange it for the correct one, or we may simply issue you a refund for the incorrect item. In either case, we will need you to provide photo evidence of the error.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars (whether displaying currency symbols or not). If ordering from overseas your bank or financial institution may charge you an additional international transaction and currency conversion fee. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders or part of orders where a price has been displayed or assigned incorrectly and in error.

Payment Policy

LR provides a range of payment options. We use SecurePay as our gateway. Via SecurePay we accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal. For your protection, our system is configured to monitor and identify transactions that are considered suspicious or fraudulent. If our system flags your order we may need to contact you to verify your transaction and we may also need to contact the card issuer. If we are unable to verify the transaction to our satisfaction we may cancel the order and issue a refund on the payment method that the order was placed.

Return Policy

If you received the incorrect order, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as we can. Please contact us at with questions and we will instruct you once we receive your email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and returns on products are not provided for change of mind.

Discounts and Promotions

We may run promotions and volume-based discounts from time to time. Whenever we do there will be a discount code associated with that promotion. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used for gift cards. Discount codes must be entered at the time of the transaction and cannot be applied after the order has been completed.
